Overseas Vaccination Record Review Service

If you have recieved a Covid Vaccination overseas you are able to get the details added to your patient records.

Please click on the link below to book an appointment to show evidence for any coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccinations you've had outside of England. This is so the NHS can securely update your vaccination record. The service is available for booking in Devon via the link below and is available at Greendale Vaccination Centre, Exeter.

The criteria is as follows:

  • are aged 18 years old or over
  • have an NHS number
  • have received one of these MHRA-approved vaccines outside of England - Oxford/AstraZeneca (Vaxzevira), Pfizer/BioNTech (Comirnaty), Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) or Moderna (Spikevax)

If you are not eligible yet, wait to be contacted. The NHS will let you know when it's your turn to have the COVID-19 vaccine. It's important not to contact the NHS for a vaccination before then.

COVID vaccine invites via text message

People may now receive a text from 'NHSvaccine' inviting them to book a coronavirus vaccination appointment at a larger vaccination centre, followed by a letter a few days later.
 
Texts from 'NHSvaccine' are separate to any invites people may get from local NHS services such as GP surgeries or hospitals.
 
The COVID-19 vaccine is free of charge, and the NHS will never ask for:
• bank account or card details
• pin or banking passwords
• copies of personal documents to prove people’s identity such as a passport, driving licence, bills or pay slips
 
People who think they have been a victim of fraud or identify theft, should report it to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040.
