📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE: DISPENSARY TELEPHONE ACCESS 📢

From Monday 6 July 2026, we will be making temporary changes to our Dispensary telephone service.

Due to a combination of short staffing and essential training for new team members, we have made the difficult decision to reduce telephone access. This will help us continue to provide safe and effective care while supporting the development of our team.

💻 Medication queries can be submitted online via our website:

1.     Consult Online from Home – Wallingbrook Health Group

2.     Select Routine requests, sick notes, medication queries and test results

3.     Select Administrative Help

4.     Complete your registration details

5.     Under “What administrative issue can we help you with?”, select Medication query/request

6.     Choose the most appropriate reason for your enquiry

📱 Patients can also use the NHS App for appropriate services.

We will continue to monitor these arrangements and review them regularly.
