Flu Vaccinations 2019

Flu vaccination invites will be sent to patients in September.

Our flu clinics are later than usual this year due to a delay in the supply of the influenza vaccine intended for under-65s in at risk groups. The World Health Organization (WHO) took longer to identify which strains of the flu virus were to be included and this had a knock-on effect on the production schedule.

The flu vaccination clinics will run from mid October through to early December.

Patients can book their flu vaccination appointment online or contact the surgery.
